We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building clinician tools, patient education resources, and professional development programs to advance equity and access in healthcare and medical education.
All In Together Now exists to co-create a world where everyone who interacts with the healthcare system has equal access to optimal health outcomes. That aspiration drives everything we build.
We believe that the gap between the care patients receive and the care they deserve is not inevitable. It is the product of knowledge gaps, systemic bias, and structural inequities that can be identified, measured, and changed. Our work sits at that intersection — building tools and programs that create a more equitable standard of care, one clinician and one patient at a time.
We are a clinician-led, mission-driven organization. Our founder brings 20 years of clinical practice, public health expertise, and lived experience as a Black woman in medicine to everything we create.

Four initiatives — one mission. Clinician tools, patient resources, professional development, and personal growth.
Enter a symptom or clinical scenario in plain language and receive a complete 9-part diagnostic framework — what to ask, what to examine, what to order, what to consider next, and how to counsel your patient. Evidence-based, bias-reducing, and available right now.
Lab reports, imaging results, and medical records are written for clinicians — not patients. Medical Care Explained offers plain-language consultations with a board-certified physician, so you leave with a clear understanding of your results and questions to bring back to your own care team.
Book a ConsultationHalf-day virtual workshops on lab and imaging interpretation in obstetrics, gynecology, and women's preventive health. Built for NPs, PAs, residents, and students who want to develop diagnostic confidence through interactive, case-based learning.

Access Diagnosis, Medical Care Explained, BClinical Skills Series, and Your Ideal Life Now — four projects, one mission.
At All in Together Now we believe that every person born can add greatness to the world. We further believe that whether an individual is able to become their best self depends mostly on the environment, education and opportunities available through the stages of growth and development. We aim to fulfill our vision by creating programs that improve the environment, education and opportunities available so that each person is best able to move to the next level of their own development.

Our programs are designed to help individuals believe in their own potential, strengthen decision-making skills across all areas of life, and build both knowledge and practical abilities. We aim to equip individuals and organizations with tools to continually expand their understanding and stay engaged in lifelong learning. Additionally, our programs increases exposure to diverse experiences and perspectives, broadening participants’ worldview and fostering growth through connection with the richness of global diversity

Our work encompasses a multifaceted approach to advancing equity in healthcare. We provide **educational workshops and trainings for healthcare professionals** that focus on bias reduction, culturally responsive care, and effective communication. Through **community health education programs**, we equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the healthcare system, ask informed questions, and advocate for their own care. In addition, we engage in **collaborative projects with hospitals, schools, and grassroots organizations** to co-create tools and materials that reflect the lived experiences and needs of underserved communities, ensuring that solutions are both inclusive and impactful.

At the heart of our work are core values that guide every decision and interaction. We uphold a deep RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUALS and communities, honoring the dignity and unique experiences of those we serve. We act with INTEGRITY, ensuring that our choices and actions consistently reflect honesty and ethical commitment. Above all, we embrace both PERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY to leave our colleagues and communities better than we found them, striving to create lasting positive impact in every space we touch.
