About All In Together Now

Co-creating a world where
every patient has access to
optimal care.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building clinician tools, patient education resources, and professional development programs to advance equity and access in healthcare and medical education.

Advancing equity and access
in healthcare & education

All In Together Now exists to co-create a world where everyone who interacts with the healthcare system has equal access to optimal health outcomes. That aspiration drives everything we build.

We believe that the gap between the care patients receive and the care they deserve is not inevitable. It is the product of knowledge gaps, systemic bias, and structural inequities that can be identified, measured, and changed. Our work sits at that intersection — building tools and programs that create a more equitable standard of care, one clinician and one patient at a time.

We are a clinician-led, mission-driven organization. Our founder brings 20 years of clinical practice, public health expertise, and lived experience as a Black woman in medicine to everything we create.

Founder & CEO, All In Together Now

Sharon Thompson is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist based in Phoenix, Arizona, with over twenty years of experience in clinical practice, public health, and medical education. She brings a rare combination of clinical depth, academic rigor, and an unflinching commitment to equity — shaped by what she has witnessed across two decades of caring for women.

She completed her residency at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's and Massachusetts General Hospital integrated program — where she was selected as Chief Resident for Teaching and honored with both the Harvard Medical School Resident Teaching Award and the Harvard University School of Medicine Teaching Award.

Dr. Thompson has served on the faculty of the University of Arizona College of Medicine — Phoenix as Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2014, with adjunct appointments at Grand Canyon University, Arizona State University College of Nursing and Health Innovation, and Creighton University.
